Anita Sarkeesian has been a Canadian and American feminist media analyst for more than twenty years. She is also a seasoned public speech writer. Feminist Frequency is a website that hosts videos and commentaries looking at the portrayals of women in pop culture. Anita Sarkeesian, a Canadian-American journalist and critic who has been awarded prizes for her work, is a feminist blogger. Feminist Frequency is a site for education that examines women's roles in pop culture narratives It is the brainchild of Anita Sarkeesian. Additionally, she serves as the director of operations. An ambitious woman who wanted to start a web-series examining the gender representation of video games was targeted by the internet campaign. The attack did not stop her from pursuing the project, and instead it bolstered the determination of a feminist critic of media.
