Michael Torres known by his musical moniker Myke Towers, is a Puerto Rican rapper and songwriter born on January 15, 1994 from Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. He changed his name in 2017 changed his name from Mike Towers, to Myke Towers. It was done to pay tribute to Young Kingz music group of which he's a member. The initial i in their name has been substituted with a y. Myke Towers has been in the underground rap scene in Puerto Rico since his adolescence publishing his first compositions and freestyles on the SoundCloud account. The year 2014 saw him become famous for his songs Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. The freestyle he performed, La Nueva Droga, and his interpretation of Drake's first song "0 to 100" was also a hit in the music industry of urban.
